Ruthie Ingram

Founder & GTM Strategist

Ruthie founded The Marlowe Group after over a decade spent on the inside of two markets that rarely get taken seriously by traditional revenue consultants: services and staff-augmentation firms, and healthcare technology companies selling into complex, slow-moving systems.

She spent over five years at a Nashville-based engineering services firm, promoted four times in five years — from New Business Coordinator to Head of Growth Strategy and Strategic Partnerships — building and eventually owning delivery for the company's entire staff augmentation line of business. From there, she stepped into VP Strategy at a large PE backed, nearshore AI & data engineering firm based in Montevideo, Uruguay, leading strategic product conversations for enterprise clients and managing partnerships with Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS, before moving into her current role building go-to-market infrastructure for a San Diego based healthtech company.

The results have tracked the pattern: a $2.5M+ account portfolio sustained at a 95% renewal rate, contributing $12M in renewals and expansion; a $10M upsell pipeline built and maintained while closing $2.4M in net-new business within a single half-year; in addition to, a self-sourced $6M+ pipeline built in six months with enterprise clients across financial services, healthcare, and global manufacturing.

The through-line across all of it has been the same: rather than executing one-off sales tasks, she builds the infrastructure underneath the number — ICP frameworks that hold up under scrutiny, outbound systems that don't collapse when a rep leaves, and sales and delivery playbooks written for the people who have to use them.

The Marlowe Group is deliberately small. Every engagement is led directly by Ruthie and her team of collaborators with deep experience of what it takes for companies to scale and grow.

How we work

Systems over heroics

A quarter saved by one great closer — or one all-nighter from delivery — isn't a system. The work is only finished when someone else can run it without you in the room.

Plain language

No frameworks for the sake of frameworks. If a buyer, a client, or an engineer on the ground wouldn't say it out loud, it doesn't belong in your messaging, your handoffs, or your roadmap.

Honest scope

Small, sharp engagements with a defined end — whether that's a sales motion, a delivery model, or a product audit. Some clients need one focused sprint; others turn into long-term partnerships because the work keeps evolving. Either way, if a retainer isn't the right answer, we'll say so.
